Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until potatoes are soft enough to push a fork through them, about 10 minutes. Drain. Set potatoes aside and return the pot to the stove.
Step 2
Turn heat to medium-high and add milk, egg substitute, barbecue sauce, butter, and ranch dressing; stir to blend. Add potatoes and beat on low speed for 5 minutes while cooking in the pot. Ensure the eggs are fully cooked and blended with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and beat on high for 2 more minutes.
