Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Mix both condensed soups with 1 1/4 cups water in a medium saucepan over low heat. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir celery and onion until soft, about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Place celery and onion into a large bowl and add broccoli, rice, and cheese mixture; mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly brown, about 45 minutes.
