Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, 5 to 10 minutes.

Place sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
