Carl Reiner Cookies

From an HBO television show that Carl Reiner (the comedian - Rob Reiner's father) MC'd in the 1980's. Very rich, very fragile cookie but worth it!

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup butter
• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 9 tablespoons white sugar
• 3 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts

Recipe Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Step 2

Cream the cheese and oleo together. Add the flour, sugar and nuts. Mix well.

Step 3

Drop dough by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten thin with wet fingers. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
