Chicken Eugene

Mushroom sauce coats bacon-wrapped chicken nestled on a bed of dried beef. This recipe is doubled or tripled easily to feed all comers.

Ingredients

• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
• 1 (8 ounce) jar dried beef
• 8 slices bacon

Recipe Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).

Step 2

Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.

Step 3

Line a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with dried beef. Wrap chicken breasts with bacon strips; place on top of dried beef.

Step 4

Combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream in a bow; pour evenly over chicken.
