Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook and stir habanero peppers in hot butter for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove and discard peppers, then stir peaches into flavored butter. Increase heat to medium-high. Cook and stir until peaches begin to sizzle, then stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Continue stirring until peaches are tender and sugar turns into a golden brown glaze, 3 to 5 minutes more.
Step 2
Spoon peaches into individual bowls. Scoop ice cream over peaches and sprinkle with peanut brittle to serve.
