Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Place potatoes into a large pot with water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook over medium-high heat until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Transfer potatoes to a large bowl; add olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and salt. Mix until potatoes are evenly coated.
Step 4
Leaving olive oil mixture in the bowl, cook potatoes, skin-side down, over indirect heat on the preheated grill for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove potatoes to a serving plate and sprinkle with reserved olive oil mixture.
