Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Step 2
Mix together peanuts, melted butter, and sugar in a small bowl until well combined; press onto the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Combine peanut butter and corn syrup in a large bowl. Add coconut and peanuts; mix well. Stir in ice cream just until combined. Spoon into crust; smooth the top evenly.
Step 4
Cover and freeze until firm, 8 hours to overnight. To serve, sprinkle with mini candy-coated chocolate pieces.
