Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil: add peppers. Off heat, soak peppers until softened, about 5 minutes. Cool.

Meanwhile, combine sausage and cream cheese in a bowl.
Step 4
Fill peppers with sausage mixture: place onto the prepared baking sheet. Spoon pasta sauce over top: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until sausage mixture starts to turn golden brown, about 35 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (71 degrees C)
