Ingredients

• 1 cup ice
• 1 fluid ounce simple syrup
• 1 ½ ounces light rum
• ½ fluid ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 teaspoon Blue Curacao, or to taste
• ½ ounce cotton candy, or as needed

Step 1

Combine rum, simple syrup, lime juice, and Blue Curacao in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover and shake until chilled, 10 to 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with cotton candy.n
