Spirit Balls

A nice holiday no-bake cookie. Store in covered container (coffee can works well) several days before serving.

Ingredients

• 1 pinch salt
• 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
• 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
• 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
• ¼ cup sifted cocoa
• 3 tablespoons dark corn syrup
• 6 tablespoons bourbon

Recipe Instructions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Form into one inch balls.

Step 2

Roll balls in a mix of cocoa power and confectioner's sugar. Store covered several days before serving. Cookie can be stored for several weeks in a covered container.
